Think Architect is an internationally recognized design and execution studio specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and beauty-sector projects.

We combine creative design thinking with strong technical execution to deliver spaces that are aesthetic, functional, and built with precision.

We are now expanding our execution department and looking for a Senior Site Engineer who can lead, manage, and elevate project quality.

📐 Position: Executive or Senior Executive Civil Engineer ( Interior & Architectural Project)

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

We are looking for someone who understands construction execution at a professional level, ensures that design intent is followed precisely, manages complex site workflows, and leads the project team confidently.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Site Management & Leadership

Oversee and manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Lead site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

Ensure all work is completed according to approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.

Plan weekly schedules and monitor work progress against project timelines.

Identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions immediately.

🔹 Technical Expertise & Quality Control

Review architectural, structural, and interior detail drawings thoroughly.

Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and finishing quality.

Validate BOQ items, consumption, and wastage control.

Resolve technical and execution challenges through coordination with the design team.

Conduct on-site quality checks for materials, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.

🔹 Client & Team Coordination

Attend client meetings and site handovers.

Communicate project status, requirements, and issues clearly and professionally.

Ensure client feedback is addressed precisely and implemented correctly.

Work closely with architects, 3D designers, project managers, and vendors.

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Update progress photos, measurement sheets, and work logs.

Prepare material requirement lists and manage on-site inventory.

🎓 Qualifications

Diploma / B.Sc in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in interior site execution.

Strong command over interior finishing, materials, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.

Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Must be proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.

Willingness to travel to multiple project locations as needed.
