Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Age 18 to 30 years

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design with a strong understanding of maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
• Background in Architecture and Interior Architecture, with skills in creating detailed design plans and structural layouts.
• Experience with Interior Fit-out, including knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques to execute projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role or projects in relevant industries is a plus.
• Qualifications
• Educational background in Architecture / Interior Design / Digital Marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior design fundamentals.
• Excellent skills in social media management and content creation.
• Canva/Photoshop/AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Experience in client-facing or marketing roles is a plus.

Position: Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator (Architecture & Interior Design Background)

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who understands design and knows how to communicate that design visually and digitally.

You will work closely with architects, attend real project sites, communicate with clients, and help bring new projects into the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Client Relations Coordinator
• Manage all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (optional).
• Create eye-catching content about interior/exterior projects, design concepts, and ongoing work.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Reply to inbox messages, follow up with leads, and help convert them into clients.
• Prepare project presentations and visually appealing posts.
• Client Coordination & Communication
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to build trust.
• Convince and assist in closing deals.
• Prepare requirement lists and update the design team.
• Design Collaboration
• Basic understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and design concepts.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers.
• Learn and share ideas with the project team.
