Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Development Studies or related field.

• Master’s degree (MBA / MSc) will be an advantage.

• PMP / PRINCE2 or other project management certification preferred.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 32 years

• Strong project planning, scheduling and execution skills.

• Budget management and cost control expertise.

• Risk assessment and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or other project management tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.

• Maintain project documentation and provide technical reports.

• Develop concept designs and feasibility studies.

• Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals.

• Support tender documentation and contractor evaluations.

• Participate in major design reviews and value engineering exercises.

• Assist in contract administration and variation assessments.

• Contact & manage the legal authorities like RAJUK for negotiation
