Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Fisheries, Food (Packaged)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries

• Certifications: Professional Fisheries Biologist (PFB) or specialized training in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) is highly preferred. 

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Fisheries, Food (Packaged)
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 26 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Manage and supervise fish farming operations (pond preparation stocking harvesting).

• Monitor fish health growth rate and mortality take corrective actions when needed.

• Ensure proper feed management and optimize feed conversion ratio (FCR).

• Regularly test and maintain water quality parameters (pH, oxygen, temperature etc.).

• Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease outbreaks.

• Coordinate with hatcheries for quality fingerlings procurement.

• Maintain daily farm records production data and reporting.

• Conduct field visits and provide technical guidance to farm workers.

• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Assist in planning and executing production targets and budgets
