∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, handsketch, LUMION, MS Office, SketchUp
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptual Design and Planning:
∎ Develop and execute innovative interior design concepts in alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
∎ Create 2D presentations, mood boards, and design sketches to communicate ideas effectively.
∎ 3D Modeling and Rendering:
∎ Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion to create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces.
∎ Bring designs to life through realistic visualizations, ensuring accurate representation of materials, textures, and lighting.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Lead, guide, and inspire junior architects and designers within the team.
∎ Provide mentorship and oversee their work to maintain design quality and adherence to project timelines.
∎ Collaboration:
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and other architects to ensure design integration and project success.
∎ Coordinate with our Canadian architect team, contributing your expertise and insights to global design projects.
∎ Material Knowledge:
∎ Demonstrate a strong understanding of various materials, finishes, and furnishings to create well-informed design proposals.
∎ Select appropriate materials that align with design aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations.
∎ Presentation and Communication:
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and rationale.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and refine designs as needed.
∎ Detail-Oriented Approach:
∎ Uphold a keen eye for detail to ensure design accuracy, coherence, and high-quality execution.
∎ Continuous Learning and Growth:
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, new design techniques, and software advancements to enhance design capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and architectural projects.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, 3D renderings, and presentations.
∎ Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
∎ Passionate, creative, and committed to delivering exceptional design solutions.
∎ Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of materials, textures, and spatial aesthetics.
∎ Ability to lead a team and drive projects from concept to completion.
Salary: Negotiable
