• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

• 4 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Applicant who is familiar with codes like ACI, IBC, AISC, NDS, FEMA NEC, NFPA 70, UPC, IPC etc. will get advance consideration.

• Ability to prepare construction documents and shop drawings.

• The Candidate must have strong fundamental knowledge on Creative Architectural Design.

• Candidate having architectural conceptual knowledge on wood, concrete, aluminum and steel structure design will get preference.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• The candidate is innovative and energetic, having good interpersonal learning skills, motivated, and eager to take responsibility in new challenges.

• S/He should be able to work in a result-oriented environment, driven and able to meet schedules to satisfy the company`s clients.

• Good English language proficiency in both spoken and written are must.

• Preparing architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings of different kinds of residential and commercial buildings, pools etc. and other miscellaneous structures using Autodesk Revit Software.

• Expertise and Professional level of Revit and AutoCAD drafting / BricsCAD drafting skill is must.

• Coordinating with structural, MEP, and other engineers for smooth completion of the project within the specified deadline.

• Review and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Developing 3D models for architectural, structural and presentation drawings using Autodesk Revit Software. 

• Attending client meetings and presenting design concepts as and when necessary.
