Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Accounts Payable Receivable, Administration, asset management, Internal Audit, Local Purchase, Office Management, Payroll Processing, PROFIT AND LOSS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage payable and receivables
∎ Prepare and maintain ledger accounts and expense sheet
∎ Prepare and maintain profit and loss accounts
∎ Develop and maintain payment policies
∎ Process payroll
∎ Process payment requisition and conduct purchase and payment audit
∎ Office asset management
∎ Office maintenance and supervise support staff
∎ Periodic field visits to conduct site audits and vendor verification
∎ Keep record of inventories both in office and in sites
∎ Daily accounts reporting and closing monthly accounts
∎ Renewal of license, documents and permission to remain compliant
∎ Open and closing of office premises
∎ Other ad-hoc works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to travel to site and vendor locations as and when needed
∎ English proficiency is required
∎ Must be an ethical person
∎ Operate with highest integrity
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
