Lead and manage BMT implementation activities at factory.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards across electrical, fire, mechanical, structural, and civil areas.
Conduct and coordinate safety audits.
Maintain proper engineering documentation and compliance records.
Coordinate with plant-level stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of engineering initiatives.
