RPLE, a concern of RFL Group, is expanding its renewable energy initiatives to support the growing demand for solar energy solutions across Bangladesh. To strengthen operational leadership within the solar business, the organization is seeking a capable Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM – Operations who can effectively lead and manage retail solar operations while ensuring efficient project execution, high installation standards, and strong customer service delivery.
This role is responsible for overseeing the complete operational lifecycle of solar projects, from coordination with sales teams and project planning to installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end operations of the retail solar business including project planning, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales service to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Manage and supervise field teams, technicians, supervisors, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Ensure operational efficiency through effective workforce planning, maintenance management, and quality control across all project sites and service locations.
Monitor project budgets and operational expenses, implement cost optimization initiatives, and ensure profitability while maintaining service quality.
Coordinate with sales, supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper material planning, inventory management, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational performance data, prepare periodic reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Support business expansion by strengthening vendor relationships, improving operational processes, and developing service capabilities across the solar business.
