• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 4 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate

• 4-7 years’ experience required in relevant field

• Expertise of CAD, photoshop, Illustrator & sketch up software.

• Excellent Knowledge on BOQ Preparation.

• Ability to work 3D & 2D drafting & drawing.

• Prepare presentation drawing with help of illustrator, photoshop & Corel draw.

• Must be well-groomed, presentable and possess amiable personality.

• Excellent client communication skills and professionalism.

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.

• Must be able to work outdoor.

• Must have finishing material knowledge.

• Must have knowledge of the current situation/style for interior work.

• Good coordination for the projects is necessary.

• Sell Interior Design solutions and achieve monthly sales target.

• Understand and collect the client`s brief (client`s requirements, preferences, project measurements etc.) and offer the right solutions.

• Contact/meet the prospective customers daily, update the status in sales software and close the sales maintaining the proper process and procedure.

• Create a computer-based floor and furniture plan and work with design software (Auto CAD).

• Prepare the price offer and pursue the client to accept the offer.

• Ensure on-time delivery of the service to clients by proper coordination with the respective personnel of cross-functional departments.

• Daily update the status of work progress in sales softer & Follow up.

• Prepare the sales action plan and submit it to management for review.

• Builds and maintains a high level of product knowledge related to furniture, home furnishings, and related accessories, including a strong understanding of construction feature.

• Stay updated on competitors` activities, Interior Design trends in their local market and on a national level.

• Must have conceptual approach to give instant solutions to customers quarry.

• Presenting drawing & detail working drawing.

• Must have capability to work on the Interior Design of multiple projects

• Communication with client to meet up their requirement & delivery job on given time

• Visit sites with clients upon requirement

• Coordinate with the project.

• Salary Review: Yearly based on performance
