• 2–3 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of construction methods, finishes and materials

• Ability to read drawings and perform quantity take-offs

• Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost calculations

• Organized, proactive and execution-focused

We are expanding our execution team and are looking to hire two Civil Engineers to support our growing portfolio of design and execution projects.

Location: In various Locations In Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between the Design Team and Execution Team

• Understand design drawings and details thoroughly

• Translate design intent into clear site instructions

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate implementation

• Monitor execution quality as per design specifications

• Handle site supervision and daily coordination

• Manage procurement and vendor coordination

• Prepare BOQs, budgeting and cost analysis

• Conduct vendor comparisons and rate analysis

• Ensure material quality and timely delivery
