Responsibilities & Context:
Project Execution & Planning
Plan, organize, and manage all construction activities of assigned projects.
Ensure project execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Project Monitoring & Control
Monitor daily construction activities and ensure progress as per the work plan.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
Resource Management
Manage project manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Coordinate with HR and procurement for timely resource allocation.
Quality Assurance
Ensure construction works comply with approved quality standards, technical specifications, and contract requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC team for quality inspections and testing.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Ensure implementation of safety policies and procedures at the construction site.
Maintain compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with project directors, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
Cost & Budget Control
Monitor project cost and ensure work is performed within approved budget.
Control wastage and optimize use of resources.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and site reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation of construction activities.
Contract & Subcontractor Management
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual terms and work standards.
Verify work completion for payment certification.
Problem Solving
Identify site issues and provide technical solutions to avoid project delays.
