• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Study of all type of drawings like Rajuk, Architectural, Structural, Perspective to find out any dissimilarity/Deviation for correction from respective departments.

• Supervising of all construction works at site by attending the work place during the job execution to meet the expected quality.

• Implementing the work by contractors as per work program and give necessary instructions accordingly.

• Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works.

• Ensuring the quality of materials at site.

• Checking & ensuring the safety and security of construction works and worker.

• Controlling wastage of materials during execution of work.

• Prepare necessary BOQ, Estimation, specifications, and budget of works.

• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors & different service providers.

• Plan, prepare requisition, execute & follow-up procurement of materials for works at site.

• Day to Day report/Updating to Head of Construction to do work orders and other documentation job.

• Supervise and monitor all construction works to ensure the progress of construction as per drawing and work program.

• Monitor and maintain the quality of construction work as per design and specifications. 

• Prepare Measurement Book and check the contractor`s Running bill.

• Ensuring project merchandizing and branding during construction period.

• Any other task as assigned by the Management.
