Responsibilities & Context:
Developing project concepts, understanding project requirements.
Designing interior layouts and instructing visualizers to create models accordingly.
Creating detailed BOQ of the approved design.
Developing working layout and working drawings for the production team.
Project monitoring, Material listing, Leading the design team overall, to meet deadlines, design requirements and client demands so that the designed projects get approved and finalized, and consequentially.
Conceptualizing new ideas and creative visualization.
Understanding the client`s requirements and achieving a satisfactory level through design.
Attend client meetings to understand briefs and develop architectural solutions.
Create timely, high-quality residential interior designs.
Develop technical solutions throughout all project phases.
Prepare interior architectural construction specifications and documents.
Develop, modify, and review design concepts, production drawings, and construction documents using standards and technical expertise.
Develop design concepts and documents during the schematic and design development stages.
Oversee design and operational research, building & systems programming, site and building analysis, and report documentation.
Prepare design presentations for clients, communities, and other stakeholders like government agencies.
