• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm

• Age At least 23 years

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Relevant Field.

• 1–3 years experience in architectural or interior design projects.

• Good command in SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / 3D Visualization tools.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.Strong understanding of interior materials and finishes.

• Ability to generate creative design ideas and options quickly.

• Candidate must have own laptop with good configuration suitable for 3D work.

• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (office + remote).

1. Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings for interior and architectural projects.

2. Develop concept design options and presentation views for client approval.

3. Prepare architectural drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD / SketchUp.

4. Assist in interior design detailing and working drawings.

5. Develop material ideas and design options based on project requirements.

6. Maintain knowledge about interior materials, finishing options and market rates.

7. Coordinate with the design and execution team during project development.
