Job Context

We are looking for a multi-functional Architect / 3D Visualizer who can handle design, site supervision, BOQ, documentation, and client coordination. This role requires strong ownership and the ability to perform under real project pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings

• Develop concept designs and client presentation materials

• Prepare 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and layout plans

• Conduct site visits within Dhaka and supervise execution works

• Prepare item-wise BOQ and cost estimation

• Develop official reports, progress documentation, and project records

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams

• Perform market sourcing and material analysis

• Participate in client meetings, new client sourcing, and proposal development

• Ensure professional client handling and communication

• Must be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently with strong prioritization and time management skills.

• Any additional responsibilities, aligned with company requirements and project needs, must be undertaken as directed.

Core Skills (High Priority)

• Strong command in:

  • SketchUp / Lumion / Enscape / 3D tools

  • AutoCAD (mandatory)

• Strong expertise in:

  • Item-wise BOQ preparation and cost analysis

  • MS Office (Word for reporting, Excel for BOQ & data handling)

• Excellent presentation and documentation skills (must)

• Ability to generate and present design ideas clearly and professionally

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Smart, proactive, and execution-focused mindset

• Must own a personal laptop suitable for 3D work (mandatory)

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (office + site + remote)

• Must be fully committed (no parallel engagement allowed)

Employment Terms

• The initial 3 (three) months shall be considered as a Provisional Period. Upon satisfactory performance and subject to project requirements, the engagement may be extended or confirmed as a permanent position at the sole discretion of the company.
