• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, architectural visualization, or related field.

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including:

• 3DS Max

• D5 Render

• SketchUp / Revit (preferred)

• AutoCAD

• Adobe Photoshop (preferred)

• Strong skills in:

• Interior layout planning

• 3D visualization and rendering

• BOQ preparation

• Cost estimation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Dtech Corporation Limited is seeking a Senior Architect – 3D Modeling & Visualization to lead the development of 3D designs, layouts, and visual presentations for the company’s interior design projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and interior layouts, supporting project proposals, and assisting with BOQ preparation and cost estimation. The role also requires practical experience in site implementation of interior projects to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Design & Visualization

• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior design projects.

• Develop detailed interior layouts, space planning drawings, and concept visuals.

• Produce visual presentations and walkthroughs for client proposals.

• Transform design concepts into accurate and compelling visual representations.

• Interior Layout & Technical Drawings

• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, lighting layouts, and interior detailing drawings.

• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure designs are practical for construction and installation.

• BOQ & Cost Estimation

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior design and fit-out projects.

• Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for project proposals.

• Support the preparation of tender documents and project quotations.

• Project Implementation & Site Coordination

• Participate in site supervision and project implementation.

• Ensure that interior designs are executed according to drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers during project execution.

• Proposal & Documentation

• Assist management in preparing professional project proposals and submissions.

• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare design presentations, reports, and cost sheets.
