Responsibilities & Context:
Help to prepare construction plan and follow up the plan.
Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
To support for Quality checking of construction materials.
Ensure timely completion of works according to schedule.
Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, environmental, man & materials) of construction site.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the departmental Head time to time.
Oversee day to day activities of all contractor, Rubbish management and wastage control in terms of all materials
