• Knowledge of AutoCAD ,2D ,3D, SketchUp and related programs is essential.       

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in architectural and interior design projects.        

• Excellent project management and coordination skill.        

• In-depth knowledge of construction management, site planning and design execution·     

• Exceptional communication, leadership and problem -solving abilities.

• Professional design experience in designing residential large-scale projects

• Prepare detailed measurement, drawings, layout sing AutoCAD and other relevant software.

• Create designs and working drawings for architectural and interior projects, including realistic 3D models and visualizations.

• Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure project targets are achieved.

• Monitor project quality, budget, timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and continuous process improvement.

• Prepare cost estimates and ensure strategic decision meet safety, sustainability and quality standards.

• Select materials, furniture, finishes and other design elements that align with projects aesthetics and budget.

• Prepare architecture RAJUK plans and ensure compliance with local regulation .
