Responsibilities & Context:
Assist supervisors with daily tasks, monitor production flow, manage line balancing and ensure targets are met.
Maintain production reports, efficiency sheets, Work-In-Progress (WIP) records and prepare documents for management.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company health & safety to be compliant.
Implement policies/ SOP and help processes to reduce wastage.
Oversee employees, provide training and motivate production workers.
Address day-to-day problems and implement solutions on the production floor.
Communicate with others department to ensure smooth operations.
