Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the position of Executive (HR & Admin) who has Excellent capability in logistics management as well as knowledge of electronics.
∎ Work Shift: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Focus on recruitment activities
∎ 2. Focus on preparing the Job Description for different positions.
∎ 3. Job posting, Screening of applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.
∎ 4. Collect all the personal information needed and make sure that every new employee signs an employment contract, a job description, and the mission, vision, and values of the organization before working.
∎ 5. Prepare ID cards for newly joined staffs
∎ 6. Staff personal files maintenance activities:
∎ 7. Prepare personal files for the employees and keeping all the employee files in proper order
∎ 8. Able to work with HRIS software.(ERP System)
∎ 9. Process all leaves, salary, overtime, and salary advances, etc.
∎ 10. Monitoring daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave etc.
∎ 11. Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficient, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
∎ 12. Organize and maintain HR & Compliance databases accordingly and regularly.
∎ 13. Generate reports as per need under the guidance of the departments' supervisor.
∎ 14. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times
∎ 15. Attendance and Leave Management.
∎ 16. Arranging different Training Programs.
∎ 17. Monitor the employee Performance Management system, KPI, and process with an aim to ensure that employees understand how their assigned tasks and responsibilities contribute to the organization's mission and objectives and are given clear performance expectations."
∎ 18.Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
∎ Developing and implementing policies and issues such as working conditions and disciplinary procedures.
∎ 19.Arranging ID Card & Business card for new employees & existing.
∎ 20. Monitoring & arranging all kind of company's license registration & renewal.
∎ 21.-Asset & Resource Allocation and maintenance.
∎ 22. Performing additional administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
∎ 23.Communicate with all government related office regarding all license and Certification issues.
∎ 24. All documentation maintain as per government rules and regulation (Government department wise)
