Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps through interviews, observations, focus group discussion
∎ • Design and Develop training materials, modules, and workshop content based on training objectives and TNA
∎ • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees at various levels
∎ • Coordinate with external training providers to deliver specialized programs and ensure quality delivery
∎ • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback tools, ROI analysis, and performance metrics
∎ • Assist in fostering a culture aligned with organizational values through engagement activities and culture assessment tools
∎ • Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans
∎ • Coordinate and implement performance management programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
