Job Overview:

PRAN-RFL Group, one of Bangladesh's largest and most diversified conglomerates, is looking for dynamic, passionate, and career-focused individuals to join as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – HR (Training & Organizational Development).

This role is designed for individuals who aspire to build a career in Training & Organizational Development (T&OD). The selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in designing, coordinating, and evaluating employee learning initiatives, leadership development programs, sales and salesmanship training, employee engagement activities, and organizational development projects.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee training programs, workshops, and orientation sessions.

  • Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and support learning initiatives.

  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate sales training and salesmanship training programs for sales employees.

  • Develop and update training content, manuals, presentations, and learning materials for sales and non-sales functions.

  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.

  • Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and feedback analysis.

  • Support employee engagement and organizational development activities.

  • Assist in performance management and competency development initiatives.

  • Coordinate leadership development and Management Trainee (MTO) development programs.

  • Analyze training effectiveness, measure learning outcomes, and prepare post-training evaluation reports.

  • Work with business units to identify learning gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
