Responsibilities & Context:

  1. Manpower Planning & Sourcing: Coordinate with different departmental heads to identify vacant positions and understand specific talent requirements. Source potential candidates through online job portals (e.g., Bdjobs), social media (LinkedIn), university career networks, and local recruitment channels.

  2. Screening & Shortlisting: Review incoming CVs and applications against job specifications. Conduct brief preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate communication, salary expectations, and notice periods.

  3. Interview Coordination: Design and schedule written tests, technical assessments, and panel interviews. Liaise between candidates and line managers to ensure a smooth, professional selection phase.

  4. Documentation & Compliance: Manage pre-employment and post-selection documentation. Draft and issue formal offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and labor regulations.

  5. Onboarding & Orientation: Organize orientation sessions for new hires, introducing them to company policies, workplace culture, and benefit structures. Collect and verify academic certificates and previous employment testimonials.

  6. Talent Data Bank: Maintain an active, highly organized digital database (talent pipeline) of past applicants and passive candidates for urgent future requirements.
