Develop business opportunities for All Over Printing services and products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers, brands, buying houses, garment factories, and sourcing offices.
Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations, costing, offers, and commercial proposals according to customer requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, developments, samples, strike-offs, lab dips, artwork approvals, and bulk orders.
Coordinate with the Design, Sampling, Production, Planning, Quality, and Commercial departments to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Understand customer requirements regarding print quality, color, artwork, fabric, printing technique, placement, quantity, and delivery schedule.
Coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable printing solutions based on buyer requirements.
Monitor the complete order process from inquiry and development through bulk production and shipment.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions within company guidelines.
Prepare sales forecasts and business development plans for the AOP printing division.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business targets.
Develop new customer accounts and expand business with existing customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, customer demand, and new printing technologies.
Identify potential markets and customers for different AOP printing techniques, including rotary, flat screen, pigment, discharge, sublimation, and digital printing.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, development progress, quality issues, and delivery schedules.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inquiries, order status, customer visits, business development, and market activities.
Maintain updated customer databases and records of inquiries, developments, orders, and sales performance.
Support management in developing marketing strategies, pricing strategies, and long-term business plans.
Participate in customer meetings, business negotiations, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Ensure that all business activities comply with company policies and customer/buyer requirements.
