Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

  2. Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related correspondence.

  3. Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

  4. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.

  5. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company HR policies.

  6. Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.

  7. Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain HR databases

  8. Assist to HODs in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

  9. Coordinate employee welfare and motivation initiatives

  10. Support disciplinary proceedings and grievance handling.

  11. Liaise with various departments regarding HR and administrative matters.

  12. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records, and prepare the salary sheet

  13. Perform any other duties assigned by the management
