  • Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions and developing training modules.

  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.

  • Ability to analyze Training Needs and develop appropriate programs.

  • Very good commend in excel

  • Excellent communication skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.

  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.

  • Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.

  • Preparing annual training budget.

  • Evaluate training program`s effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

  • Provide coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees and acting as a resource person as needed.

  • Develop strategies in the change-management area.

  • Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads.

  • Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners and coordinate induction program.

  • Develop a culture of learning and growth with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture.
