Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with Sales Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment of sales staff (including sales representatives, account managers, and team leaders).
∎ Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new sales employees, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company and have access to necessary tools and resources.
∎ Act as a point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns from sales team members.
∎ Identify training and development needs within the sales team to enhance skills, performance, and career progression.
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensure continuous learning opportunities for the team.
∎ Assist with performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development plans.
∎ Provide advice and support in managing underperforming employees and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention within the sales team.
∎ Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and rewards to foster a positive sales culture.
∎ Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the performance and needs of the sales team.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
∎ Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably within a sales or customer-facing role.
∎ Skills:
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Regular field visits to monitor the Sales team.
∎ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
∎ A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting and developing sales teams.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to support the Sales Team under Eastern Cement Industries Ltd. in training & development, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR functions. The role requires a strong understanding of both HR best practices and sales team needs to ensure smooth operations and a motivated, high-performing workforce. This position will be doing regular field visits, and ensuring that the sales team has the necessary HR support to succeed.
