Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, exits, recruitment coordination, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee records management.

  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, HR policies, audits, documentation, renewals, and corrective actions.

  3. Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, assets, procurement, travel, events, and workplace health & safety standards.

  4. Maintain HRIS accuracy, generate HR dashboards and reports, ensure data confidentiality, and drive process improvement and automation.

  5. Support employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, training coordination, engagement initiatives, and a positive workplace culture.
