Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan & develop recruitment policies and participate in the recruitment & selection process.
∎ Maintain & develop organizational hierarchy.
∎ Staffing of all departments as per company requirements.
∎ Create & design organizational development strategies.
∎ Handle employee grievances and other personnel-related issues.
∎ Design employee motivation policy & salary survey.
∎ Design & implement SOP for HR.
∎ Manage the reward process.
∎ Prepare & supervise all HR-related documentation, i.e. appointment letter, confirmation letter, designation change letter, etc.
∎ Monitor personnel files and supervise the preparation of timesheets & leave applications.
∎ Update & monitor the employee orientation process.
∎ Supervise performance evaluation.
∎ Monitor HR advertisements both in printed media and on the website.
∎ Preparing different presentations, organization charts, & HR-related analysis.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
