Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• BSc in nursing, MPH or MSc preferable.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Age At most 60 years

• 02 years of working experience as Vice Principal or Principal.

• Minimum 05 years experience in any teaching or Administrative work.

• Planning and implementing the curriculum, syllabus, teaching methods, and evaluation system of the students and teachers of the Nursing Institute as per BNMC guidelines.

• Coordination and liaison with BNMC, DU, Govt., and other non-govt. offices/institutions, registration authorities, and organizations.

• Supervising and monitoring the academic activities, examinations both internal and external, and published results as per BNMC, University guidelines.

• Planning, managing, and maintaining the institute infrastructure, facilities, equipment, budget, records, and reports to relevant authorities.

• Motivating and mentoring the relevant supervisors, members, and students to achieve academic excellence and institutional and professional development.

• Any other administrative duties as needed by the authority.
