∎ Age 26 to 31 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Handle the all audit.
∎ To take a key role in the HR recruitment process.
∎ To develop & implement appraisal policy Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law, and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for following audits like Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality AssuranceAudit & Security System Audit (C-TPAT), BSCI, FCCA, SCS, GSV, Amfori BSCI, Amfori BEPI, SMETA, WRAP,SCAN, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, RCS Eetc.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors' certain minor findings /discrepancies during an audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem and also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
