Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Partner with business head to align HR strategies with business objectives.
∎ Provide end-to-end HR support to strategic business units.
∎ Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace environment.
∎ Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
∎ Ensure monthly payroll in accordance with company policies.
∎ Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.
∎ Support organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Lead employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale and productivity.
∎ Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
