Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector else CV will not be considered.
Must have hands-on experience with ERP software for HR and admin operations
Payroll Management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Admin professional with a strong background in ERP-based systems to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions. The incumbents must have experience from Real Estate background.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Assist the Management the full recruitment cycle including candidate interview call, Data summarize, interview coordination, onboarding procedure, employee personal filling and exit formalities.
Maintain HR data in the ERP system including daily/weekly and monthly attendance, leave, performance records, and payroll inputs.
Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives
Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and compliance with labor laws
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.
Administration:
Oversee office maintenance, logistics, supplies, and asset management
Manage administrative support staff (drivers, office assistants, cleaners)
Handle documentation for office rent, utility services, vendor contracts, and company vehicle usage
Assist with planning meetings, office events, and training programs
