Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction sector else CV will not be considered.

  • Must have hands-on experience with ERP software for HR and admin operations

  • Payroll Management

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR & Admin professional with a strong background in ERP-based systems to manage and streamline our human resources and administrative functions. The incumbents must have experience from Real Estate background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources:

  • Assist the Management the full recruitment cycle including candidate interview call, Data summarize, interview coordination, onboarding procedure, employee personal filling and exit formalities.

  • Maintain HR data in the ERP system including daily/weekly and monthly attendance, leave, performance records, and payroll inputs.

  • Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives

  • Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and compliance with labor laws

  • Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs.

  • Administration:

  • Oversee office maintenance, logistics, supplies, and asset management

  • Manage administrative support staff (drivers, office assistants, cleaners)

  • Handle documentation for office rent, utility services, vendor contracts, and company vehicle usage

  • Assist with planning meetings, office events, and training programs
