Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in MEP works for real estate or construction projects
Proven experience in managing large residential or commercial building projects
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Project management and leadership skills
Vendor and contractor management capability
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)

Now we are searching a Manager – MEP is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works of real estate projects. The role ensures that MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and maintained according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and monitor all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lifts, generators, etc.) for residential and commercial projects
Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of MEP activities
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and statutory compliance at project sites
Prepare project schedules, work plans, progress reports, and technical documentation
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
Evaluate and approve materials, equipment, shop drawings, and method statements
Control project costs related to MEP works and assist in budgeting and value engineering
Supervise MEP engineers, supervisors, and site teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions
Coordinate maintenance and defect liability period (DLP) support after project completion
