Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Implement HR strategies and processes as per CHO guideline that support the overall business objectives and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Provide guidance and support to outlet managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  4. Oversee performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.

  5. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.

  6. Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  7. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including orientation programs for new hires.

  8. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and policy updates.

  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
