Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop showroom layouts, floor plans, and space utilization plans using AutoCAD.

• Prepare planograms, display zoning, and merchandising layouts for electronics & home appliance showrooms.

• Support new showroom setup, renovation, and remodeling projects.

• Ensure consistent implementation of merchandising & visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across all RANGS eMART showrooms.

• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams for effective retail execution.

• Analyze showroom performance and customer flow to improve display effectiveness and conversion.

• Manage POSM placement, branding elements, and campaign execution at showroom level.

• Conduct regular showroom audits and submit improvement reports.

• Prepare professional presentations, layouts, and reports for management review.

• Train showroom teams on merchandising standards and execution.
