Job Responsibility
For compliance department:
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring legal & buyer compliance policies.
Assist in daily KPI rating of factory.
Take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings based on factory visit.
Assist in checking HR & Compliance related file & documents.
Take part in internal audits.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
Handle certifications and audits (BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, OCS, Inditex, etc.).
Take necessary initiative to organize factories according to buyer standards and maintain compliance documentation.
Conduct compliance, safety, fire drill, and ethical training programs.
Coordinate with external auditors and government offices for licenses and renewals.
Prepare compliance manuals and reports for management review.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
For MIS department:
Track and analyze Unit-, Shift-, and Machine-wise production reports to monitor efficiency and performance.
Review carding, wastage, and auto cone production reports; suggest corrective actions to minimize waste.
Monitor daily bag checks, finished yarn statements, yarn stock, and count-wise yarn bags for quality and accuracy.
Ensure accurate production, breakdown, and wastage data entry in ERP systems.
Analyze machine speed, allocation, and count-wise targets; share updates via Viber and email.
Track weekly and monthly production, wastage, efficiency, and simplex reports for management review.
Conduct monthly inventory audits, floor visits, and monitor work-in-process & yarn realization reports.
Analyze special orders (Odd Lot & Mix Lot yarn delivery) and assist in internal/external audits.
Provide timely updates and reports to management.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
