• At least 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.       

• Retired Officer’s (law enforcement, defense services) are encouraged to apply.      

• Knowledge of modern security equipment and technologies.       

• Must be physically fit and proactive in ensuring security vigilance.

Job Context:  Israq Spinning Mills Ltd. (sister concern of Ahmed group), a leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh, is looking for smart, honest and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the security department.

Job Responsibilities:     

• Ensure the overall security and safety of the factory premises, employees, and assets.

• Supervise and manage the performance of the security team, including training and duty allocation.

• To check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.

• Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV operations, and perimeter security measures.

• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and drills to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other authorities for incident handling and compliance.

• Investigate security breaches, thefts, and other incidents, preparing detailed reports.

• Provide support for fire safety measures, evacuation plans, and emergency response protocols.
