• Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must.       

• Report producing for management.        

• Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.        

• Able to work under pressure, team Work, negotiation Skill.        

• Managing ability with problem solving & analytically skills.       

• Customer visit.

Job Context

Ahmed Group, a reputed leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of AGM/Manager (Quality Control and Assurance).

Job Responsibilities        

• Must have sufficient knowledge about Raw material management, process control and yarn quality of a modern Spinning Mills.        

• To follow up on quality, production, development of new plan to establish and implementation of extra good quality product.        

• To coordinate with the production, maintenance and supply chain teams to ensure maximum production with optimum quality.        

• Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.        

• Effectively interact with the Technical and Production team to maintain product quality and ensuring that targets are achieved.        

• Must ensure day-to-day operations of maintaining and improving quality control and assurance standards.        

• Implement cost-effective strategies in production and quality control without compromising product standards.        

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new quality assurance strategies.        

• Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and industry standards for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.        

• Provide guidance and training to the team to enhance their skills in quality control and production processes.        

• Review customer feedback and understand customer demands and expectations of products.       

• Maintain detailed records of production, quality control activities, and other operational metrics to support decision-making and reporting to management.
