Responsibilities & Context:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and regulations
Manage the recruitment and selection process for all levels
Oversee employee attendance, leave, payroll, and HR software systems
Implement and monitor performance management systems
Plan and conduct training and development programs
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and other relevant regulations
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR planning and strategy
Promote employee engagement and a healthy organizational culture.
