Responsibilities & Context: Requirements Experience 1 to 5 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes Freshers are also encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements Age 20 to 40 years Qualifications: Practical experience in videography Clear understanding of Ads / Performance Content Punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn What We Need: Experience in creating Reels / Short-form Ads videos (10–60 seconds) Real experience in producing Facebook & Instagram Ads videos Understanding of hook-based shooting (capturing attention within first 3–5 seconds) Experience working in vertical (9:16) format Knowledge of camera work and lighting Ability to shoot Product / Testimonial / UGC videos Strong selling mindset — must focus on conversion, not just cinematic quality Must have a prior Ads video portfolio Responsibilities & Context: Main Responsibilities: Shooting videos for social media and marketing purposes Product photography Editing Reels, Ads, and YouTube content Making content presentable through proper lighting, framing, and storytelling
