through onboarding sequences and platform access.
Issue Resolution: Calmly and efficiently troubleshoot user complaints or technical
issues, maintaining an empathetic, professional tone both in text and calls.
CRM & Logging: Systematically document client interactions, recurring complaints, and
inquiries in our internal database.
