Responsibilities & Context: Omnichannel Communication: Manage and respond to high volumes of inbound queries via phone calls, and social media inboxes. Program Guidance: Provide clear, accurate information regarding program features, pricing, schedule details, and expectations. User Onboarding: Seamlessly guide newly enrolled participants or corporate clients through onboarding sequences and platform access. Issue Resolution: Calmly and efficiently troubleshoot user complaints or technical issues, maintaining an empathetic, professional tone both in text and calls. CRM & Logging: Systematically document client interactions, recurring complaints, and inquiries in our internal database.
