Education: Educational Qualification and Other Requirements Bachelor`s degree in BBA (Preferably HR Major). Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and non-verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation skills & emotional intelligence. Highly organized, motivated, and a team player. Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges. Proficiency in the use of HRIS/HRMS tools, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.

Job Overview We are looking for an Intern, Human Resources to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for assisting in developing HR strategies and implementing them on all related subjects. You should have the competencies to manage programs and possess a strong strategic and start up mindset. The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives. Job Responsibilities Identify and attract qualified resources, facilitate the recruitment and selection process while ensuring the correct deployment of the good fit resources to different business campaigns. Conduct new joiners` background verification, prepare onboarding documentation, and update the employee database. Assist in new joiners` onboarding and orientation formalities. Manage employee attendance and leave management. Coordinate performer of the month and innovation award programs. Manage daily HR operations and ad-hoc communications. Create and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutes and training centers. Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.
