Responsibilities & Context: Visual Direction: Lead the framing, composition, and visual storytelling for all of our content types like Podcast, Reel, Promo videos. Equipment Mastery: Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers, and multi-cam interview setups. Audio & Lighting Setup: Configure advanced 3-point lighting systems and manage high-quality audio recording gear (lapels, boom mics) in the studio. Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with the content team during script walkthroughs to storyboard and plan shot lists before production day. Asset Management: Systematically back up, organize, and hand over raw footage to the video editing team with proper labeling. Gadgets and Tools: Having a decent camera or a good phone is a MUST. As mostly you will be using your own device
