We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Expert Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and on boarding high-quality experts across various domains, helping expand the talent pool that powers our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Relationship Management & Networking: Act as the primary liaison between the company and high-level industry leaders, cultivating a robust pipeline of Subject Matter Experts through proactive outreach and personalized engagement.

• Expert Sourcing: Identify and approach high-potential experts across multiple industries to join the platform.

• On boarding Management: Manage the end-to-end on boarding process for new experts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Communication & Outreach: Build strong connections with potential experts through events, social media, and industry contacts.

• Database Management: Maintain and update expert databases, ensuring that all details are up-to-date and accurate.

• Recruitment Strategy: Assist in developing strategies to recruit experts in new and emerging fields based on market trends.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align expert recruitment strategies with platform growth objectives.

• Performance Tracking: Measure the success of acquisition campaigns and suggest improvements for better conversion rates.
