Responsibilities & Context:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection process including manpower requisition, job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and appointment.

Maintain and update employee personal files, service records, and HR documentation.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labour laws, and internal rules.

Handle employee transfer, promotion, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.

Manage employee final settlement, clearance, and exit formalities.

Investigate misconduct, negligence, fraud, or default by employees and prepare investigation reports.

Coordinate filing of FIR and legal documentation against default or fraudulent employees in consultation with management and legal department.

Oversee workplace health, safety, and compliance with occupational health & safety requirements.

Support disciplinary committee activities and maintain proper records of disciplinary proceedings.

Liaise with concerned departments regarding HR and compliance-related matters.

Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
