Responsibilities & Context:
This position is the first point of contact for all customers who arrive at Flagship & Experience Center. This role requires the person to meet sales targets by informing customers about bikes, responding to customer queries and assisting customers to make purchase decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain showroom as per Suzuki standard.
Meet customer enquiries.
Ensure proper demonstration of product features, handing over of complete set of documents, explaining warranty.
Firm delivery commitment to customers.
Coordination with internal stakeholders for leads generated through various advertisements & promotional activities.
Maintaining footfall report on a daily basis.
Daily report generation & circulation as per management requirement.
Constant attempt to achieve monthly sales target through team work.
