Responsibilities & Context:
1. Human Resources Management
Implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & amendments.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, selection and onboarding (workers, staff and supervisors).
Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave and shift records.
Manage wages, overtime, attendance, bonus, leave, accident, maternity, service book and payroll coordination with accounts.
2. Compliance & Labor Law
Ensure full compliance with:
Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules, Factory Act.
Prepare compliance documents, reports and audit support.
3. Administrative Management
Oversee factory administration, security, housekeeping and utility services.
Supervise office staff, security guards, cleaners and drivers.
Maintain factory assets, ID cards, uniforms and access control.
4. Health, Safety & Welfare
Coordinate PPE distribution and safety training.
Report and investigate accidents and near-miss incidents.
Ensure clean drinking water, sanitation, medical facilities and first aid.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare monthly HR & Admin reports (manpower, absenteeism, turnover, overtime).
Coordinate with production, accounts, compliance and management.
