A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is a highly preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:

Overall supervision of HR, Admin and Compliance functions.

Ensure development and implementation of HR policies & Procedure to support the company`s business objectives in accordance with legal perspective.

Oversee HR functions including recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, performance management and termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc. 

Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc. 

Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, buyer Codes of Conduct, and international compliance standards (ACCORD/RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, FSC, GRS, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM etc.).

Lead and prepare the factory for buyer audits, social compliance audits, and government inspections.

Maintain all compliance-related documentation, records, and reports accurately and timely.

Implement workplace safety, fire safety, health, and environmental standards as per legal and buyer requirements.

Coordinate with buyers, auditors, and regulatory authorities regarding compliance issues and corrective action plans (CAP).

Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance, discipline, safety, and workplace ethics.

Manage overall administrative operations of the factory including security, office, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and utilities.
